Beginning with some 1995 applications, Chrysler reconfigured the cases on both the A604 and the A670 to allow for a rear mount above the differential. In 1996, the engineers went to an internal PRNDL switch.
Early 91-94 cases are plentiful. Our T-6150 allows you convert these early cases to fit the later applications in-house. This saves you money by using a case that would likely go to the scrapper, instead of spending time on the phone trying to locate one and then waiting for it to arrive.

T-6150 includes a custom-made LOW-RPM drill bit and jig that perfectly bores the hole necessary for the internal PRNDL switch.
Early 3.0L A604 applications don’t use a crankshaft speed sensor. These are necessary when using the case for the later applications. T-6150 includes a jig and bracket to retro-fit sensor into the older cases!
